libdapl2 software package provides Direct Access Programming Library (DAPL), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdapl2
libdapl2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdapl2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdapl2 *
You will get with libdapl2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
